WPL Inc. Systems, Security, & Software Engineering

WPL, now in its twenty seventh year of operation, was initially founded in January 1977 as WPL Consultants, a sole proprietorship, by Warner P. Lombardi. In June 1978 WPL, Inc. was established to facilitate Mr. Lombardi's objective of building a performance oriented software and systems engineering services company for defense and aerospace clients. WPL received its first contract in 1977 from Hughes Aircraft Company, Ground Systems Group - a small award for engineering support to perform design, code, checkout, integration and documentation of sensor software.
WPL has previously had offices in CA (Del Mar, Hermosa Beach, Huntington Beach, and Sunnyvale), Framingham, MA, Portsmouth, RI and Las Cruces, NM.
